IT Strategic Planning
Without an overall strategy for your healthcare information technology, it is difficult to
leverage efficiencies and reduce cost. Hayes works with your constituents to create a
roadmap for improving IT infrastructure with an action plan to achieve IT goals.
Our strategy services are designed to:
- Create a roadmap to improve infrastructure
- Provide an overview of your current IT system
- Identify weaknesses and opportunities
- Align your IT system with business goals
- Define an implementation approach
- Create efficiencies
- Improve your bottom line
Hayes has a three-phased methodology for IT strategic planning:
Phase I: Assess the current environment. The goal of this
phase is to review goals and plans regarding information systems and establish baseline
expenditures.
Phase II: Establish information technology direction. Hayes
works with your team to define and prioritize needs at an application/technology project
level.
Phase III: Develop delivery strategy. Hayes provides you with
a viable multi-year strategy.
Throughout the process, special care is taken to develop a business case to achieve
senior management buy-in, determine the interdependencies of people and technology, and
make a plan to connect all in an efficient and effective manner.
