We are very excited to be ranked #1 in two categories on the KLAS Top 20 Mid-Year Report: Planning and Assessment, and Implementation-Supportive. Since these rankings are based on feedback from clients, they not only let us know what we are doing right, but also allow us to see opportunities for improvement.

Through the KLAS surveys, clients can comment anonymously on Hayes’ service, performance, price and quality. The surveys also include a free-form comment area, which gives us even more detailed information.

As we grow, it is more important than ever to maintain the characteristics that set us apart, e.g., the ability to be agile, give more personal attention to clients and provide direct access to senior-level consultants. Our mid-year rankings validate our endeavor. However, we will mine through the details shortly, and integrate the feedback for the future.
