This August, Hayes hosted our annual “Top of the Hub” client appreciation dinner during the GE Healthcare User Summit in Boston. This was a wonderful event for me, as I was able to catch up with clients from all over the country, thank them for their business, and share stories with those who have become good friends over the years. There were more than 300 people there, and the idea that this was only a fraction of our total client base was staggering.

Our clients who have been with us since we started - in 1993 - are impressed by how much we’ve grown. I’m proud to say Hayes has been able to sustain this and continue our quality services and dedication to client goals.

We have a steadily growing client base of Allscripts' Touchworks™ and Epic clients - and nearly 40 clients are signed up for our MDaudit™ Billing Compliance Audit software. We are also increasingly solicited for strategic planning engagements as CEOs begin to see IT as a core strategy for overall performance and quality improvement.

My only regret is that there isn’t more time to catch up with all our friends and clients! I look forward to seeing you at the next conference or in my travels.
