Hayes Management Consulting continues to experience tremendous growth. We are looking to add a key player to our Corporate Human Resources Team.  This individual will be based out of our company headquarters in Newton, Massachusetts.   

The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for the full life-cycle of the recruiting process, from sourcing to hiring. This individual will build and manage a nationwide pool of highly professional and marketable candidates through developing ongoing relationships and consistent follow through.   Periodic travel to job fairs required.

The successful candidate will have:

• Proven ability to recruit qualified candidates
• 3 years experience recruiting in health care environments 
• Experience posting/searching jobs on various job boards such as, yahoo! Hotjobs, Dice.com, college and career center on-line services
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Word, Outlook and Excel
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a highly energized environment
• Four-year college degree or equivalent related work experience
