Hayes Management Consulting continues to experience tremendous growth and we are looking to add key players to our Executive Sales Team. We have offices in Newton, Massachusetts and Huntington Beach, CA.

The primary responsibility of the Senior Sales Executive is to build a territory, generate and nurture new client relationships and close sales. The Senior Sales Executive will make major presentations and follow-up calls, grow revenue and close sales on new business. Through consistent contact with C level connections, the Senior Sales Executive will promote and improve the visibility and reputation of Hayes Management Consulting. This individual will be responsible for meeting or exceeding revenue targets and work with the Service Directors to manage client engagements and relationships. Travel is required.

The successful candidate will have :

• 10+ years experience selling health care systems solutions generating over $4 million annually
• A track record of successfully selling against, and exceeding a quota
• Four-year college degree or equivalent related work experience
• A solid network in the large academic medical centers
