Hayes Management Consulting continues to experience tremendous growth and we are looking to add key players to our Healthcare Technology Solutions team. We have offices in Newton, Massachusetts and Huntington Beach, CA.

The Senior Integration Engineer helps solve business problems for our customers by implementing strategic technology solutions focused on integration projects that improve their performance.

You will be responsible for the successful completion of customer projects starting at requirements gathering, scope analysis, specification development, testing, implementation, documentation and maintenance. The position requires a minimum of 50% travel. Most Senior Analysts work out of their home offices across the United States.  We only require that you are accessible to a major airport.

The successful candidate will have:

• 3+ years experience working with integration tools like Azyxxi, Ensemble, Cloverleaf and SeeBeyond on healthcare specific projects. Prior experience with Azyxxi a real plus.
• Experience in healthcare setting working with information systems such as physician billing, electronic medical records, or patient scheduling
• Hands on experience implementing strategic IT programs using Integration tools and technologies (like Ensemble, Azyxxi, Cloverleaf or SeeBeyond)
• Four year college degree or equivalent related work experience
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work on multiple, complex projects with high quality results
• A strong proficiency in common PC software applications
