Hayes Management Consulting continues to experience tremendous growth and we are looking to add key players to our Healthcare Technology Solutions team. We have offices in Newton, Massachusetts and Huntington Beach, CA.

The Senior Interface/Integration Analyst helps solve business problems for our customers by developing technical solutions (e.g.EDI, point to point interfaces, data exchange, and system integration projects) that improve their performance.

You will be responsible for the successful completion of technically focused customer projects starting at requirements gathering, scope analysis, specification development, testing, implementation, documentation and maintenance. The position requires a minimum of 50% travel. Most Senior Analysts work out of their home offices across the United States.  We only require that you are accessible to a major airport.

The successful candidate will have:

• 3+ years experience working with Interfacing/EDI tools from HCIT vendors like GE, EPIC or Allscripts both HL7 standard as well as proprietary vendor packages. EPIC Bridges a plus

• Experience in healthcare setting working with information systems such as physician billing, electronic medical records, or patient scheduling
• Experience planning and designing large scale system integration projects
• Four year college degree or equivalent related work experience
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work on multiple, complex projects with high quality results
• A strong proficiency in common PC software applications
